Keepify LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you engage our services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide accurate bookkeeping, tax preparation, and administrative support, we must collect the following information:

  • Personal Identity Information: Full legal name, home address, email address, and government-issued identification (for LLC and EIN filings).
  • Business Information: LLC names, EINs, and operational details.
  • Financial Data: Gross monthly revenue, transaction history, and "view-only" access to business bank accounts and payment platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Stripe, PayPal).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to perform the services outlined in your Client Services Agreement, including:

  • Service Delivery: Forming LLCs, registering EINs, and managing BOI filings.
  • Financial Management: Verifying gross revenue to determine monthly service tiers and providing accurate bookkeeping.
  • Verification Services: Drafting CPA-verified income letters for housing or loan applications.
  • Communication: Responding to inquiries and sending service-related updates.

3. Privacy and Discretion

We recognize that many of our clients operate in industries where personal privacy is paramount.

  • Strict Confidence: We hold all non-public business, financial, and personal information in strict confidence.
  • Internal Access: Access to your data is strictly limited to Keepify personnel and partners necessary to complete your filings and reports.
  • No Public Disclosure: We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

To fulfill our service obligations, we may share specific data with trusted third-party partners:

  • Government Entities: Federal and state agencies for tax filings, LLC formations, and annual reports.
  • Service Partners: Virtual mailbox providers, registered agents, and banking partners.
  • Referral Disclosure: We may earn referral fees from these partners, though this does not increase your costs or change our duty of confidentiality.

5. Data Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials; however, Keepify employs industry-standard measures to protect the "view-only" financial data and personal documents you share with us.

6. Retention and Termination

Upon termination of the Client Services Agreement, Keepify will retain records as required by Wyoming law and federal tax regulations. Following the required retention period, all non-essential personal data will be securely deleted.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by emailing the address provided in your Client Services Agreement.
